I don't understand how I have green gems b/c I have never had a ranks so it's weird :/

Staff can correct me if I'm wrong but you can win green gems from playing any game, regardless of your rank. You have to be a premium member to use them in the mystic box.

everyone is able to obtain green gems, whether you have a rank or not. the difference is that ranked players can open them while non-ranked players cannot.
those green gems will just slowly continue to grow more in your stats, until you get a rank to use them.
