Yes it dramaticly increases your chances because if you don't make one u are almost certainly not going to get into the team

It could help; Submitting maps here on forums gives the Build team captains gives an idea of the way you build and it gives an idea if they might be fit to be builder .

For me, personally, yes. When I’ll look over applications and everything, I’ll most likely lean towards players who have done things in the community than players who just apply to get the rank.

Not sure about Woona’s opinion on it, though.
