To be honest, TBBS is kinda disappointing for me for two reasons:
1. Lack of communication when you get paired up by a random which results in you two building by yourself.
2. Slightly favors premium members since they can party which allows them to team with their friends which is unfair for non-premium members.
But this is just what I believe.

not many of the MCPE servers have Skyblock since many people rather play a game like MurderMystery, Skywars, etc (kinda find a Skyblock to be more of a Java thing).
Plus, you can always download Skyblock maps for free on MCPE Addon Apps in the App Store/Google Play.
Or buy it for like 500 Minecoins on the MC MarketPlace.

I think something like Skyblock would be quite difficult to implement.
The problem in my opinion with implementation of that mode is that it would need to be similar to plots with each player having their own island while also accounting for how they can choose to independently or collaboratively progress.
Plus crops and saplings would need to be patched to grow properly.
Would this be more in line with your classic skyblock mode or something more akin to what a certain popular java server has with it being more like an mmorpg? (Massive multiple online role playing game.)
It would be a pretty interesting addition to the server with how players could collect resources and develop their own lands and it also would be a nice change of pace from the fast paced competitive nature of many modes on the server although we will have to see how that goes. Odds are that the developer is currently busy with other projects for the server as well as general maintenance and upkeep.
