Yes. I Have Never Heard Of Someone Doing Something To Earn A Rank Without Paying For It, or Becoming Staff. I've Only Known People To Give Others Ranks By Begging Them On World's End. But They Still Have A 1/1000 Chance Of Getting It.

To Get A Rank On Your Own, You Would Have To Buy It At The Brokenlens Store.
