Do exp boosters add?

I opened about 100 gems today and got a whole load of exp boosters.

If you buy a gold rank, I believe you still get x2 EXP and coins.. I got 600k+ coins in two days, but I’m not sure if the exp boosters from gems currently work on unranked players.
