Isn't that just the exact same thing as a convo? Just without the voice chat part. Whatever it is, I think that the communication between these staffs are perfectly fine. If you didn't know, there's a private conversation where all the staffs are in to discuss issues and you gameplay. Plus, some staffs (edwjusti, Ray, Aypi,...) use an app called Kik where you could create groups and voice chat so there's no need to make a discord.

But yes, a voice could be detected through some advanced deciphering machine where it could identify your gender, age, and your nation (through the accent). Trust me, there are weird people on the Internet so best not trust anyone.
