Disconec protection

Ok so when you're disconected and someone tried to kill it will say sorry but this guy is disconected please wait until he reconect and you wont die but this will only be enable when you realy are disconected this feature will be disable if you leave the game

If you're disconected and someone try to kill you it will say this guy is disconected please wait for {username} to reconect it means he wont be able to kill you while you're disconected

I think players will abuse of this, also for leave the game easily (if your another suggestion get added, they can easily leave disconnecting)

I already saw a video of another server, that when you disconnect you disappear of the match and when you comeback you lost your stuff and respawn on your island, looks a good idea, idk (was a bedwars video, probably would be good for MW •~•
