Disappear?

My hp, hunger bar, hotbar all disappeared when i tried to open a chest, anyone knows what happened, i faced this problem many time before

Yes, this has happened a lot to me, this is a lag glitch, its like when your lagging and when you click open a chest, it doesn't open, then you click on the chest again, then it suddenly comes and then goes blank and then your inventory and hot bar disappears!

So the best way to get rid of it is to just Quit Minecraft and rejoin the server again
