You don’t get a reply if you’ve gotten accepted as a staff member (Helper, I’m assuming). The process can take months, sometimes. You’ll know whether or not you’ve been accepted by the hundreds of “Congratulations!” on your forums profile and a “Helper” tag on both the server and forums.
