I thought this was something from a hacker going into creative mode but then yesterday during tnt run I found a random iron axe hanging out on the floor of a tnt run map- I know noone dropped it because I was the first one near that part of the map- unfortunately the game didn't let me pick it up- I would've looked so cool running around a tnt run map with an axe
Alas- it fell to the void

I think this was a teleporting glitch? Normally if there were spawners (like in mws or mw) it would teleport a diamond for the generator so it must of messed up the coordinates or it just wanted sum space

But the command is /tp @e[type=item,name=Diamond] (x,y,z) and then put a facing to it
