diamond rank issue

today my rank disappeared and i think i still had more time on it and today every one i know with a diamond rank there rank disappeared and i think think thats strange and i dont know if its just a glitch or its normal and its just a that today every one ranks expired could some tell me if its a glitch or just peoples ranks expired normally

I still have my rank, and I have seen others that still have it. Do you remember the date you bought it?

MINE DISAPPEARED TOO AND SO DID EVERYONE ELSES!!! Kayla, Pinkie, Xav, and like everyone else lost their rank. I did get Emerald rank though after it disappeared....It didn't show up at first and it took 40 minutes. I was gonna call 911..

i bought it April 9th but i haven't played it for 3 months i think i should have more time on it

I'm friends with kk and she bought it like 2 months ago I would say and den poof it disappeared and also mine did too..I got da Emerald rank but it took 40 min for it to load.

That doesn't matter. You bought the rank for 90 days and it has been 90 days. Sorry but you can't get more time unles you buy it again
