So, I was playing BrokenLens with a friend and I noticed her diamond rank was gone. A few seconds later, she told me that it went missing an hour ago, and she doesn’t know what happened to it. Is there anyone that can help us figure out why the rank disappeared?

Her ign is QueenlyOlivia, and she purchased her rank about a week ago.

Unfortunately the person who bought the rank for your friend asked for a refund within the 5 days time window, the person claimed himself as ThatNthGuy if that's helpful to you
Do you know if she had any ranks before?
