Here is the last and final stretch in your debate. You must think of a counterclaim(or rebuttal) to use against your opponents.

Counterclaim: Anytime your opponent says something back at you, your counterclaim will take that same claim and turn it around to make sure it benefits you.
Make sure to back it up with evidence.

EXAMPLE: For the "No" side (It's a little harder):

Opponent: "The universe is so vast, there is a definite chance that Extraterrestrial Beings are out there."

Counterclaim: "At the same time, because the universe is so vast, that's exactly why extraterrestrial beings are not out there. There are not many planets that will sustain life, and the planets that we have found that will possibly sustain life, proves incorrect. Plus, due to the vast majority of the universe, we are supposed to find extraterrestrial beings out there, but we haven't due to many factors. According to <insert source>, it states, "<evidence>"

The bible has been silent about extraterrestrial life... I go by the bible...
But what if people that are out there who believes that extraterrestrial beings are real, but they don't believe in Christianity. They just go by scientific facts. And there are scientific proof the proves that life in other planets have either existed in the past or present. I don't want to offend anyone, but the bible was written thousands of years ago, and at the time many people never thought about life beyond Earth.
