One year has passed. Alexa was supposed to die but somehow lasted really long with the bubonic plague. Ivan hasn't been infected yet and neither has Banana. Simon's parents have been infected. Rufus' is currently fine.
Ivan is being protected from the deadly causes of this disease God has brought upon them.
Alexa coughs at a rapid speed and moans desperately for the pain to stop.
Banana is watching death spread throughout the town. He doesn't know that other places north of his location will eventually get infected.
Ivan
Ivan sits on his bed with worry on his face as he thinks about Alexa. He is worried about Banana was well but is very curious why he asked him to refer to him as Banana.
"Come down for lunch!" His mother called.
Ivan responds, "I'm good"
Ivan looks out his window and sees no one on the streets anymore. It's like a ghost town now, no one but the people oblivious to the danger.
Alexa
Alexa is swelling very hard currently. Her parents are trying their best to protect her and try to cure the disease. The doctors can't do anything about the problem.
"We'll help you, I promise" Her father says.
Alexa's eyes are half closed as she feels her body weaken. The black splotches are slowly increasing in numbers all over her body. She has been given a lot of soup her parents thought were to help.
Alexa grabs a paper she used at the day she has gotten the disease and writes a tally which says in number format, "63."
Banana
Banana is thinking about how this is affecting everyone. He has seen knights with this disease and some doctors with it. Ironic. He's trying to think why. It could be the rats roaming the streets(which is the cause because of a certain bug it carries but in the Middle Ages, no one knew).

Mireille stares at the arrow that has struck her hip. She can get up but she doesn't have the energy to do so. Enemies approach the walls. Another wall has been broken down. Defenses fall apart. Knights drop to the ground with arrows sticking out of their foreheads, dead. Jeff slashes with rage filling his body. Blood flies everywhere. Mireille gets her stomach stomped on unintentionally by a English. She spats out blood before light consumes her vision. She goes unconscious.
Jeff can't control his body, all that matters now is that he protects his kingdom and country even if he dies he will be honoured for his courage in battle. Jeff swings again. More bodies fly around as blood spills and flies everywhere as a geyser would. This would be a horrible sight for the townsfolk but it's better than dying themselves as they scream for help.
Sami takes a turn to another wall to flank the mad French. He sees forces of troops invade that side and the defenses might be too distracted to notice and gun him down. Sami runs inside the castle and looks at the tower walls topple down, the civilians screaming with blood and scars over their bodies. Children crying and calling mommy. Sami feels bad but this is what his King ordered. He takes a right and spots the French slashing at him. He stares at the bodies around him. A woman soldier with an arrow in her hip. When did they allow her in? "Well she doesn't matter right now, that French is going to be a problem and I'm going to kill it" Sami thinks.
Sami approaches the man slowly while he cuts all the English in half. Just one stab in the back or maybe decapitating him. He hears a man shout something and the French looks behind him just as Sami prepares to decapitate him. He stares in shock as a sword aims right towards his neck.
"Shizzles! It's too late!" Matty cries.
He watches as a fellow soldier gets his head cut off. He was doing very well taking down the enemies. Matty rides his horse towards the castle and tries to wipeout the English. He passes through the English after cutting a bit and rams the English man who killed the French eith his horse. The horse stomps on the man for a while before his body stops moving.
"Jeff..." Matty quietly says, staring at Jeff's head, bleeding.
