hii! this is a question ive had for a long time but- nobody has been able to answer it, not even staff ;-;
how long does emerald exp booster last? i know it shows up that my exp and coins have been multiplied but im 99% sure mine has ran out months ago loll
also didnt know to put this in FAQ or Support- so i put it here if its alright : )
 
I never even knew they run out! At least you get all the permanent emerald features like colored texts and fly in lobbies. I even prank lobbies/games with red texts to say

it says like your multiplier has multiplied coins and exp but i dont think it rly doesss

My rank booster lasted the entire 8 months I’ve had my emerald rank, but for some of my friends that got their rank years ago, theirs only lasted for a few (3?) months

idk how long mines lasted but im sure its ran out bc i used to get 9k exp each round of kk in 1st place now i only get 3k-

The 9k KK xp was an event, it isn’t that high anymore bc the event ended

@Rubyyy_ , the ranks usually have different ‘amounts of time’ I guess u could say it- emerald I would say usually lasts about 4-5 months I would guess-

I bought a ‘nEW’ emerald rank like about 7 months ago or smth and it still has the exp booster
The first e rank I got lasted like 4 months maybe-

so it’s really just random

It could be different/random for everyone, but like Dz said it could’ve been changed at a certain time so people who got their Emerald ranks after whenever the length of the exp booster lasts was changed actually lasts for a longer period of time. woah I worded that weirdly- pls tell me if you would like me to make that clearer
I got my Emerald rank in December 2018 and my booster is gone (probably lasted around 1-3 months or so); I also have other friends who got their ranks between 2016-2019 and their boosters didn’t last long either. Honestly I never knew the boosters may have changed until I started hearing from people who got their Emerald rank recently (around mid-2020 to today) ended up keeping their boosters for a longer period of time than those who had their Emerald rank for over 2 years or so. Though, if anyone has lost their exp booster and gotten their rank during mid-2020 and today, then it could be random, although idk anyone who has lost their exp booster.
If your exp booster is gone, you could tell by whether or not the chat is telling you if your coins and stuff are being boosted or not. Although, apparently the boosters from gems could be working if you still would like a boost- I was getting 4.5k exp from 1st place in kk once and I opened a gem booster and ended up getting 9k from first place the next round. I don’t guarantee them to work though; it’s obvious to tell whether or not it’s working in kk but it’s hard in other games.

Yeah, people who don’t have their booster don’t get the boost message anymore and they get the rewards normal players have. But when you still have the booster, it would most likely tell you that your coins and exp are being boosted. But no, we really don’t see our exp being multiplied when we don’t have the booster, it just goes up normally

Since i had a diamond rank last February 2020, i still got my boosters and then when I got E rank 2 months after buying diamond, the boosters are still working perfectly till now, idk if it will expire soon but i think this is unfair to other peeps who had an emerald rank
