Cursing?

So, I know that there is a rule on the Official Rules dealing with cursing, but it only specifies "excessive use." Knowing this, does that mean that absolutely NO cussing/cursing is allowed, or are we only allowed to curse lightly (which makes no sense at all, which is why I'm confused in the first place.

We do deal with cursing but I mean we wont Mute someone if you report it on Forums because cursing is kind of normal on a server

Yes I Agree And Also If They Curse You Have A Command "/ignore (name)".
