No, I originally found someone calling someone gay, but when I made a hack report about it, DrollTheTroll said that calling someone gay doesn't mean we should mute him.
But I still feel like he's been targeting me ever since I argued with him so I just wanted some confirmation.

"Gay" isn't a swear word, as Penguin said, it's not bad or wrong. If someone is repeatedly calling a person gay, and the person told them to stop, then they could be muted because it would be harassment.
To answer the thread's original question, there are the obvious few words that everyone knows you shouldn't say. Also - "Damn" is usually considered to be a bad word, but some staff members might think it's okay, so it's up to them. I believe that "crap" is fine to say, but again some staff might consider it as a bad word.

Words that I don't count as swearing that are posted on forums are gay and damn (even though I don't like it when people use it). IF they are used a lot I mute the user that is saying it.

Well that doesn't make sense really. Example
I could consider ♥♥♥♥♥ and s♥♥♥ not bad words, but then you will consider it "bad words" and the result is me getting banned or etc. But then wouldn't you be going back on your word then? Saying "Don't use anything you find bad." Then the wrong person here would be you not me since I'm just following what you said.
