How can do for a person become a leader in a crew if you are the creator??
 
/crew promote (ign) I think

Follow the steps,
1. /crew edit
2. Set the crew rank back that you already done before
3. Make sure you have to do this correctly.
Example : Player1 Player 2 Player3 Player4
Maximum of the crew admins is only 4.
4. Set the crew mode
