I am writing this thread to suggest a new item at the Broken Lens store. I am suggesting an item called a Crew Edit Ticket.

Crew Edit Ticket:
  • The idea of a crew transfer ticket is to edit any information in your crew or delete any extra crews you made. For example, if you messed up any information on your crew (for example, your description), you could buy this at the store to edit the information. You could also delete any crews you made in the past.
  • I am suggesting to buy this at the store for 1 USD ($1). We shouldn't criticize someone for making a mistake, so in my opinion, I don't think it should be that pricy.
  • I also mentioned that you could delete any crews with this transfer ticket. This perk would be valid for only 1 year.
Why should this be added:
  • Recently, players have been reporting inappropriate crews due to their name, or in another measures. With this idea incorporated, as a punishment for the users, the player will have 6 months to buy this in order to delete or edit the crew. Also, most staff are unable to change some things in an inappropriate crew. With this, more staff can delete or edit these type of crews and make Broken Lens a better place.
  • Some players abandon crews and the crews are no longer in use. They could buy this to eliminate those crews and making the server with less crews.
  • Also, it is another way for the money to go towards the server.
  • Saves players the time to create a whole new crew when they could just edit it.

also some people's parents won't buy it for them. This would be unfair to those people

I see where you're going. If they can't afford it, I understand that and staff can just maybe lay them off that time. But you have to ask yourself, if they can afford to pay for Minecraft ($7), they can't afford $1?

Also with /crew edit, it is a whole new process and some people don't have time for that.

its not that they cant afford it its just that some parents dont like to spend money on video games (like they pay for the app, but wont spend money on other stuff for the game)

Forcing someone to buy the ticket to change the crew before being banned? I mean, this can go in two directions. For one, yeah the player deserved it for making an inappropriate crew in the first place. But what if their parents won't let them buy it? Or what if they're like me where you never spend real money on in-game purchases? In the other direction, it almost seems like a way squeeze money out of people. It's like spend this money or get banned.

Or, another way to add this: maybe have the first couple times you edit a crew could be free but after, say, two edits you need to pay. Or you could have more than one crew but maximum 3. The first crew you create is free but if you want to make more it's $1 per crew. Also vertx make it to where you can delete an old crew, but if you haven't paid then you cannot make another. You must join someone else's crew.

No. Just no. Paying? Really? We already have diamond and emerald ranks which cost more than Minecraft: Pocket/Windows 10 Edition.
