His name is CreeperBoy123Pl
He was flying when I saw him and claiming mod rank because he could fly. The screenshots of him on the build was when he flew up there because, it was hard with him moving short distances to get an accurate screenshot of him flying. I then tried to report him in game but it would not let me :/ hopefully this is enough evidence for you. However I complete understand if it is not because of the fact there is no evidence with him in mid-air

Him saying that he hacks isn't evidence. People say that just to get attention.
However, the snapshots on the last two could mean something, if there is a way to get on that, which I don't know because I don't play MM anymore.
Let me tag some staffs to decide.

User has been banned. In the third screenshot the user is seen abve the mansion in that map. The user is clearly seen as flying as his feet are not on the leaves block or sneaking.
