Is switching to creative perm bannable, if not, why? It's like fast break hacking and fly hacking which are perm bannable. Also when will it be fixed?

If you are caught switching to creative, its going to be a 30 day ban, not a perm ban.

because switching into creative mode is glitch exploiting. it’s not a player using hacks of any sort.

I believe the confusion was due to the exploit having the same characteristics to most hack clients.
