His IGN is Dark_Lord_XW2. He has obsidian blocks but it's unobtainable in that map in Skywars so I think he can spawn items by himself.

Also, this player is teaming with the hacker. Her IGN is KOKOCIK. I have more proof if needed. He also gave her an ender dragon head.

The hacker is banned and the teamer is temporarily banned. Thx for the report. :)
