Invalid creative mode hacker

so i was going through my screenshots and found one from earlier this month that i forgot to report, so here is a level 900+ using creative mode to get these blocks

and as you can see he ends up throwing me 27 blocks which definitely proves he was using creative/toolbox or whatever

and you can see he throws terracotta and not concrete which is what the building behind me is made out of

I knew this rang a bell for me-
@ssunsett you banned him for this in November- I will be asleep by the time we identify the map- there is no terracotta on that mw map and it doesn't look like there is any on the microbattles map either- the evidence is a bit old so it could've been at the same time....what do you think of this?

He duplicated the blocks from the waiting room. He’s not a hacker but a glitch exploiter. The last time I banned him was on November 28th.
