No-one really likes to say this, but Zee isn't bannable. One of the staff members could ban him, but he'd just use a VPN to bypass the ban. After that, all he'd have to do is to change his username and he can come on the server again.
So reporting anyone with all of the following things I've listed is useless.
1. caps in their name,
2. underscores in their name,
3. ZEE in their name,
4. that skin
Note: If the player only fulfills one - three of the things listed, most likely it isn't Zee, and it's someone else.

I wasn't really using hax just my sword has a 999999 sharpness enchanment

I could of spawned full enchanted diamond armour and turned hax on so stop complaining
