Invalid Creative glitch bug

This bug only exists on 1.5 and below so if your on 1.6 and higher this will not effect you
It's a bug where u can change your gamemode to like creative
Why I'm reporting it
I don't want people to get framed for something they didn't do they used creative glitch and not fly hacks
So staffs think there using fly hacks when they were really using creative glitch

I’m pretty sure the server changes it back automatically if one tries to change it
