Crazy diamond armor hacker returns

In da photo u see someone called uchiha_games7 and u can see he hacks because he got a bow and a level 3 pyro kit which I have and only diamonds have it so I check his stats and it was player. So this proves he's hacking. Also plz ban him because when he gets banned he uses another account to join. Plz find a way to ban him even when he's in diff account. Thanks
