Minecraft Crashing when spectating

The title says most of it.

I've missed several different hackers and glitch exploiters because of this. This may be because of my device but most times it crashes, there are only a few successful attempts.
 
My device crashes too whenever I die in MM and press the Spectate character. It may have something to do with the devices. I’m on IOS
