Coupons?

I noticed that there is a spot where you can put a coupon code in when you’re about to buy a rank. How and where do you get a coupon? See here’s a pic of what it looks like:

If you did not recieve an item when you have evidence you bought it, staff will give you a coupon code that will let you redeem the item
