Count until a staff member replies

I have a question though, If you count then you apply and are accepted as a staff member, Does the counter reset when you reply after becoming a staff or does that invalidate the entire list due to it stating that you are staff in your earlier reply?

Well now that I am a staff member, I guess the counter now will reset. I'm not sure what I was on about when I asked if this would invalidate the entire list.
Maybe I was suggesting at the time that if everyone was at a high number before I was staff, and I became staff and replied then it would be questionable as to if my previous response reset the list to 0 or the current response due to both messages listing that I am a staff member.
