Could this be lag?

When the sheriff died, the yellow dye appeared in my inventory as usual. Since i had 8 gold, i used the dye to get the gun. but it didnt give me it. so i clicked it again. the same thing appeared again. and again. them it dissappeared from my inventory. But no one had gotten the gun, i could still see the nametag on the ground so i ran over and was able to pick it up (i became sheriff yay) xD

Well we have the same problem too...I have 14 gold and the sheriff died and it didn't give it to me yet so I find the gun and when I found it...it didn't still give me it ( the gun hates me ) well its just a lag or a bug...Murder Mystery is kinda laggy u know so its fine ( NOT FINE! ) maybe when the owner fixes all the bugs it'll be gone...Brokenlens is in BETA after all...( sorry for the long words )
