Actually after looking into this further you have been bypassing quite a bit, even today you bypassed.

Instead of waiting 3-4 months, let’s make it 6 months (edited) now since you’ve been bypassing ever since the Watcher ban. If you can go that long without bypassing again a second chance may be considered
