so 472 cases and 11 deaths in my state o-o
the people in my neighborhood aren’t even allowed to leave their houses unless you need to go to work, buy groceries, or for an emergency. A person in my city even died from the virus.

Almost 10.000 confirmed cases here in germany. Schools were closed on friday till at least the 20th of April. Cinemas, gyms and everything that is not necessarily needed has closed. I live in a smaller city, still we had a couple of cases in like all the cities within a 10km radius. The people are scared, they started stockpiling on things like hand sanitizers and toilet paper of course but also certain foods that don't expire quickly or even food ingredients like flour or sugar. On the other hand there are people who don't take this seriously at all and don’t respect any recommendations to stay at home or distance yourself from others. Many are using their new freetime to go on parties or travel to other closer cities which is probably a major reason why the numbers are still going up more and more everyday. I honestly expect a ban on leaving your house without a necessary reason for the whole country within the next couple of days.

I aint in the country but thanks for the suggestion ig lol. Im mostly just mad that people are freaking so selfish to buy a bunch of it when its not the end of the world like c'mon have some common sense.

I’m half worried about contracting the disease and half worried about what will happen to GCSE and A Level exams. Hopefully, it’ll be okay by then.
I hope everyone else is managing okay. Something like this shows the real instability and finite nature of the world we live in.
