Cool idea for a command

I have a command that may help the staff and the members.... I was going to name it:

/callstaff or /staffhelp or something else...

It would be used to talk to staff ex. @Springtrap_123 @Laura_Aria to ban people and for other things an average member cant do...

its kinda like /report cus when the mods/staff are on i think they see the report cus they get a message

Or some staff to tell them as well
