hello!! :)
so, we all know that @vertx , the owner of brokenlens, is a really hardworking person. i know that we all are thankful for what he does and how he does it!
however, i kinda noticed a problem.
sometimes, there are situations where only vertx can solve, like a ban he has done, or maybe any other job.
this is all totally fine, but i don't think it's very fair that some people have to wait ages just to get a response. i've seen on multiple occasions where the staff just have to wait for his response, but since vertx is just working so hard on the server, his hands are tied.
now, don't get me wrong! i am completely grateful for what vertx is doing for us, but maybe he can give some other work to the admins?
i have no idea how to solve this problem, but it just seems unfair that some have to wait, and it could take months!
i don't know how to solve this, but maybe you can hire more staff, or promote more?
but yet again, you need to trust people, so it's really hard.
i dunno, that's just what i have seen!
thank you all for your time, and yet again, i am so thankful for all you have done. every single staff member is just so nice and kind. :)

Maybe vertx should look for new developers to help speed up development and also to make it easier for vertx!
maybe that's what he's already doing?
i'm not sure what's going on, but i just saw that only vertx is developing and coding! :O
