Constant Noice Java Bug!

This only happens on the BrokenLens server on java, not any other servers or worlds! And I did try other lobbies and it's just that this noice is everywhere on this server!
So please fix this so I don't have to hear it!

I think theres also on bedrock... I am hearing that kinda sound *walking on wool or smt* but i am not certain and gotta agree it's pretty annoying

When your armour change the color, it made a sound (cuz the rainbow clothes keep changing tones of armour), doesn't happen in game because you don't wear a armour, anyways, isn't a bug, this just happens cuz the rainbow armour keep changing colors of armour and it makes a sound when u wear it

Maybe if Vertx disable the wear armour sounds it will fix it
