Well I was just watching a Once Upon A Time episode and in that episode, The Wizard came from Kansas who doesn't even have magic, but collects it. The Wicked Witch of the West is Zelena, who wasn't always wicked, only became wicked when she was jealous of how her mother abandoned her, leaving her half sister to get what she wanted. Her jealousy made her green and wicked and with her magic, she transformed Thw Wizard into a Flying Monkey.
