right where do I start

Greetings, I am Gus and I am creating a ban appeal for the ban I got in the server and explaining what actually happened since I have not been around here nor even touching anything related to BrokenLens at all for the past several months.
A bit of backstory, yes as I said I have not been active, and for the fact I have not even opened Minecraft since the 1.12 update, so I just left my account untouched, without giving any bit of information to anybody during this time (I'll come back with that later). I came back to check on March 13, updated to 1.14 (main reason of checking back only because the current condition of pandemic and nothing else), and logged back on to my account, and a few moments after I tried to join the server, I received the screen that I have been "permanently banned" and I had no clue why.

For a few days I left the ban untouched yet again and tried to contact friends on what the reason behind my ban by trying to get a staff to contact myself, and the pain and agony to finally have a staff to contact aside, I did and I did receive the informations I needed, which I will explain some of it :

Date: 10:12am on February 6th, 2020 EST, just like what I've stated, I have not been actually online during that time (which I have also underlined above), and as far as I can remember, the last time I've logged on to BrokenLens was at the end of December 2019 / early January 2020, which the only possibility that happened is someone else had access to my account during that time (again I'll come back to this below).
Platform: Android, uh no I do not use Android nor having one nor even ever logging my account to an Android-based device from day one. I use iOS as my main and occasionally Minecraft Java for testings with different peripherals and how the mechanics work.
All of these put into the sidelines, I do want to have a note that going back to the part I underlined which is without giving any bit of information to anybody during this time may or may not be in anyway 100% confirmed and I would like to have an opportunity to change my account password ASAP, and an important message that I did not receive / see any evidences of myself "Fly & No-Clip" whether those are screenshots, videos, or any kind and if ever that point is used as an argument, it will be invalid and to whom who is/are reading this and ever thinking about it should be ashamed, because at this point from my point of view (absolutely not in any way a hate to any current/former staff member(s), this is completely based of my view and may not be brought back to a talk) the staff team can get very messy. I also would appreciate if my appeal is declined with respectable and reasonable reason(s), and not by reason(s) that either I have stated fully already or in any shape or form those reason(s) has/have no relations with any of my points. I have checked the link given and I have doubts that my statements have not been read carefully :
- As I said, coming from the actual GusDira12 himself, I have not opened my Minecraft at all for several months by the current time and I also did say without giving any bit of information to anybody during this time which in summary means there is a chance I have been hacked under different IP / device, although as far as I know since it has been almost 2 months already, chances of the log disappearing is there, and bringing this part back if the log is gone will not be a valid point and you should know it anyway. Although I have to admit by forgetting to ask specifically IP logs but instead I just asked my ban informations, I could give other reasons why that particular thread was not actually posted by myself but I think anyone who have compared this with that should have an idea in mind.
- Automatically, I actually did not ever receive a “video” of the evidence nor I have been told I have actually been banned in any shape or form, and I continued doing what I do in other things per daily basis and had no knowing about such that. On a side note, since I use iOS and not Android, chances of injecting any form of “hack” is in really low percentage to completely none, as the limitations iOS has since day one. Yes, I do know initially jailbreaking is quite popular, but unless your time value is quite an amount, it’d take a while to master, coming from someone who actually knows and is studying engineering, even if the time of studying’s relatively low. I’d love to have a personal conversation if all these statements of it wasn’t actually me somehow isn’t enough.
Overall, what I’m more fascinated with is that I have a question in mind how this hasn’t been dealt in regular times and took a full day to which in the end should’ve been already at least on another part of the conversation or maybe this would be completely done even. I’ll be waiting for the reply, and I am still requesting a change of password for the sake of avoiding any further casualties.

With your account being permanently banned it’s not necessary to reset your password yet, nobody (including yourself) is able to access the banned account while banned. We just have to get your ips checked, if there’s any suspicious activity we’ll be able to see.

although if you gave somebody your password then your account is your responsibility and we aren’t responsible for anything that happens on it.

It is indeed safe to say as of now I did not share my informations during the whole time I am playing for 4 years, and if anything I am essentially “hacked” and that particular person posted something, without anymore researches I can tell it’s not how I type nor I’d type in a relative short term.
Like I said, I’d love to move this to a DM for the IP check instead if it’d be here, since I need to make sure to have a check on particular IP(s) if necessary.
