Was banned for 30 days, was going to wait, until I checked today and saw I was permanently banned. Clarification please.

Hi there, I thought that I had video on your case as I usually try to record video for cases although I unfortunately did not record video for that specific case.
With that said, I am fairly confident about my verdict on this case when considering your history as well as how there were multiple players in the match who informed me about what was happening privately.
Plus, There were several members of the team actively spectating that match if I remember correctly.
Given those factors and how you have been warned repeatedly not to engage in that type of behavior by many members of the team as well as with how the background you have provided for what ended up happening is not very consistent or reliable, You will remain permanently banned from the platform.
