Communication with staff

hello staff, iv recently read Aypis thread, and he says that staff don’t talk as much.. and he wishes for better communication.. When I read that it made me feel bad.. it made me wonder what staff improvements could happen. I know I’m not a staff myself and I’m just looking at one side of someone’s story, but I was thinking, there should be a page thing on forums for staff like idk a thread where staff could get better communication?? Talk about there work, better improvements and feelings, because if brlns work as a team! Then staff should work as a team together, maybe u guys already are a team but ppl should feel like they can be open about there feelings, idk if what Aypi said was true but This is just a suggestion.. so staff can feel bonded together ya know? And staff have left like Aypi (like now..)and Hazard ( he was banned -_-) and trix (well she’s not active as I know xp) maybe it’s cause of lack of communication, they’ve sorta lost joy in brlns, so this is why I’m suggesting this.. Well anyway thx for reading this.. and I hope I didn’t offend u in anyway..I know I’m just only a player and I respect Staffs roles and thx to everything u guys do, cause u do a lot.. thanks! The staff have a convo where they talk about everything going on and other staff things but I don't actually know what else they do in there so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But the staff have recently been more active on the server (probably because of holidays) and from what I see, they're all having fun together .3. Playing games, messing around, pranks, etc.

I think they'll be okay ?
