[COMMAND] /friend toggle <On:Off>

This command will allow the player (If added) to toggle friend requests on or off. The player who tries to send a request to the player / staff member who has it disabled will not receive a notification about the player wanting to add you and the player who tried to send the request will get an alert saying...

"ALERT This player is not accepting friend requests."

I really think this command is needed as it will help me getting spammed in my / players Info / messages about multiple players sending me friend requests even when i still deny them. If a player wanted to friend a user who has it toggle to "off" then the user wanting to friend them will have to PVT the player who has it toggled to ask them to enable friend requests.

I need that,

I would also add something to toggle off grm/frm when i record.. (too lazy to mske a thread so if anyone wants to, I give you my idea xD)

strange.. /friend off never shown up in /friend.. all it shown for me was
help, list, denyall, acceptall, add, deny, join, remove, spectate, alerts and notify
