So its essentially stealing, because your rank expired you can't "return" the rank and someone has not paid the rank money {he took it back}, so that's why you owe us money. Yeah. <<why you're banned>>

The reason your ban is "Permanent" is because you tried to purchase rank: EMERALD using a parent / guardian's card. They have most likely charged back on the payment as an "unauthorised" transaction. Although you have been waiting patiently it is very rare that we unban players for "Chargeback" because it is real money that vertx uses to keep the BrokenLens Network running.

Your other account "JasonGamer17" will have to also be banned as it would class as you evading a ban.
