Chuck's not loading in oitc and in TNTTAG

This happens to me in oitc and in tnttag only
And it's not my wifi that's making this happen because I turn my wifi on and off.

Same, but it happens to me on everytime on all server, even my wifi is fast and strong, hopefully it will be fix though
