Yea but it's not perm. I bought so many unlocked items and I can even use them now that my rank is gone and I'm very upset because the fact that I bought them. But only premium players can access it whether their rank ran out or not.

Yea but even if I got emerald and the boosters expire I still keep the boosts from gold. I know cause my friend still has access to hers. And she's emerald.
