sooooo hey
i don't know what happened but somehow my account got perm banned for no reason... the last time i played was summer of last year and i didn't do anything bad or so.
could this be some sort of mistake or smth? because i really want to get back to mc and play for a while.
if anyone could help me with this, i would loveee to give them a big thank u <3

The only reason your usernames shows banned is because you have an inappropriate one banned, since it’s on the same everything (device, Xbox, etc) it’s affecting all the usernames you own. Maybe @FloofehGuinea could unban you since it’s no longer a bannable / muteable word - although within the meantime you could always change your Xbox account and try logging in that way.

I’m not sure why the account was permanently banned, the only thing I can think of is that it somehow got onto my list of usernames that need to be permanently banned, but this was quite sometime ago so I’m not sure.

Anyways, the account is unbanned and your network should be fine now, my apologies for the inconvenience
