I found another guy using fly cheats. He got kicked by the watcher before I got a better ss. He even bragged he could in chat.

The screenshot of the player was seconds before he started flying. He was kicked by the watcher before I could screenshot again

@ssunsett @DarkRainbows @_PineappleDeath_ she is correct i saw him using the creative glitch in one of the games but could not get the screen shot.

Staff will just have to keep an eye on this player if you don't have screenshots of him actually flying.
