Command: /chatr <Username>
Staff Commands: /chath /chatc /chata /chatrinfo /
Hey BrokenLens I'm back again with another suggestion.
This suggestion I think would become really useful to those who are reporting a user for anything chat related that might be breaking the BrokenLens rules. To risk this command being spammed by a user it will have a cool down of 5 minutes. This code will screenshot or log the last 5 or more lines of a user who has been reported and then a staff member can respond to the report using /chath {Chat Report Handle}
A staff member ranking ADMIN+ will be able to use the command /chata and /chatc which would have different uses. /chata would give an admin options when dealing with reports from updating the cool down to limiting which users can report. Reports will be able to get resolved or closed with
/chatr <Close | Handle> <action: M <days> TB <days> <Reason> M> ={Mute} TB ={Tempban}
The tempban would be limited to >5 days and the mute would be >4 days
TRIAL's MOD'S ADMIN's & OWNER rank will be able to see previous reports that have been closed or resolved by typing /chatrinfo <USERNAME>
How the Chat-Report would work:
Player types /chatr CoolBurgerGuy Swearing
A message will show in chat broadcasted to online staff: CoolBurgerGuy has a chat-report!
Staff member looks at the report by typing /chath <playername> It would show like this:

CoolBurgerGuy: What The F*ck
CoolBurgerGuy: Will you just shut the F*ck up
CoolBurgerGuy: OMGF Gurl you can't even spell

Staff member deals with the report by typing /chatr handle CoolBurgerGuy m 3 Swearing
Broadcast shows to Player:
[CHAT-REPORT] Your report against CoolBurgerGuy has been addressed!
Broadcast To Staff member:
SUCCESS! This user has been muted for <N> days
if reports are cleared by OWNER: {/chatc clear}
ERROR: There are no reports to show.

LIST REPORTS HERE
Type /chatrinfo page 2 for earlier reports

Thanks for taking a look at this suggestion. I made this suggestion because normally people are reporting chat related issues via /report which we cannot look at a players chat using that method.
