Chat Lag

So i havent play mc for a week, and yesterday i played again. I found this lag. Whenever i open the chat, it lags for like 1-2 sec, and when i close it, it lags again.

This also happens when i am on my world. Can anyone knows how to solve this as i dont have this problem before. It is not the problem of texture pack.

There is a similar issue that's like this for anyone on Bedrock Edition via a Windows 10 device. I have also had this issue many of times and to avoid the chat lag i press on the right arrow key and hold it down. This speeds up the typing process.
