Weird glitch! This happens when the server thinks you are typing two messages at the same time, and then the chat starts spam again. But last minutes ago I typed a message, and the chat said: "Don't spam the chat," I wouldn't have typed the same message in the chat. However, it is used to speed up the timer when typing the chat. But to see how spamming warning doesn't help at all. Also, if the chat says "Don't spam the chat" again, it's terribly annoying for your eyes, try to look away or look at something else on the screen. Thanks for reporting the bug!
Just try to type the chat on the server yourself, and you will see that this can happen to you.
