According to ssunsett: Chargeback takes the money away from the server and that user would get to keep whatever they bought from our server shop without paying

She also said that they are like doing money hacks, getting money when brokenlens does not receive the money from PayPal

It's online shoplifting, pretty much.
It happens when you either to money hacks, or your bank doesn't accept the payment or whatever for some stupid reason.
But Viper could've gotten a perm ban, so be happy it's only 3 months.

Yes , indeed but 3 months is like forever for me xD .. welp havent done by me on purpose but still . smh imma try to pay back everything and get mah ban removed ,3;
