Changed gamer tag on Xbox Live and lost YT rank

[Vedgard]

I got YT rank on broken lens. Then I decided to change my gamer tag from YTVEDGARD to REALVedgard. I went back on the server, I had to log out then log in. And my YT rank was gone. I tried to get it back. But then it said "User with 3 warning points can't access YT rank." I tried and tried but it didn't work. Can you help please. I am sad.
